• Negotiate with creditors of the Estate
• Prepare and file all necessary court documents, including petitions, notices, inventories and accountings
• Prepare and file all necessary tax filings, including inheritance and estate tax returns, gift tax returns and fiduciary income tax returns
• Assist in the sale of real estate and other assets
• Negotiate and prepare family settlement agreements, receipts and releases and other final distribution documents
• Resolve will and trust conflicts, claims and disputes including representing personal representatives, beneficiaries and fiduciaries
