Real estate law has always been a staple of our practice at Vuono & Gray, LLC. Our real estate attorneys handle all areas of real estate law but specialize in the purchase, sale, leasing and financing of commercial real estate, litigation of property disputes, and commercial and residential assessment appeals.

As real estate law professionals, we:

• Assist in the acquisition, financing, development and sale of commercial properties
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local environmental laws
• Negotiate, prepare and review appropriate documentation, including: 
• Real estate purchase agreements
• General warranty, special warranty, fiduciary and quit-claim deeds
• Commercial and residential lease agreements
• Represent businesses and individuals in real property litigation, including property line disputes, quiet title actions, tax exonerations, etc.
• Counsel parties with respect to the acquisition, use and sale of residential property
• Review local assessments and handle commercial and residential real estate tax appeals
• Work closely with title insurance companies, real estate appraisers, surveyors, etc.
• Advise on realty transfer tax issues
• Assist in conservatorship actions to improve dilapidated properties
