Since Vuono & Gray, LLC was founded in 1951, transportation law has been a cornerstone of our practice, earning us national recognition. We have extensive experience with the U. S. Department of Transportation, the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, the Surface Transportation Board, and many other federal and state transportation agencies.

• Represents users and providers of transportation services, including shippers and receivers of freight, regional and short line railroads, freight brokers, forwarders and consolidators, logistics companies, and motor carriers of property or passengers and household goods
• Represents parties in disputes involving federal, state and local transportation laws and regulations
• Defends shippers, carriers and other transportation entities against regulatory enforcement actions, cargo loss and damage claims, and other disputes
• Assists carriers, freight forwarders, brokers and logistics companies in meeting all licensing, insurance and other requirements of federal and state agencies
• Monitors and advises clients of changes in federal and state regulations, agency policies and case law
• Serves as special counsel to other law firms in cases involving transportation matters
• Prepares, negotiates and analyzes shipping documents, transportation contracts, tariff rules and regulations, owner-operator and fleet owner agreements, equipment leases, inter-carrier agreements, logistics agreements, and customs documents
